Billing: How can we downgrade our subscription made over PayPal?

Hi - last week I downgraded our form back to the free version. However, it's still showing up at the paid level and says something about cancelling manually. How do I do this? Thanks

Since your subscription is based over PayPal, you will need to do it manually, which you can do by following the steps here: How can I cancel my PayPal subscription?
