    Just a last question about it:

    I have inspected your form and I noticed that you Form Tabs looks like this.

    To resolve this issue please  remove Forms Tabs widget from your form and add it again.

    I have removed it and add it again on my cloned form. On my cloned form Form Tabs widget looks like this.
