We are using JotForm for our grammar school sports actives. We have our forms broken down by sport, grade and gender. We had one parent tell us recently that she was unable to register and pay for her second child because PayPal blocked her. Just prior to adding the second child PayPa had worked with no issues.
Is there a way to work around this?

I have not found similar reports, but the issue is probably related to 'Block accidental payments' PayPal option. You might consider turning it off through your PayPal account settings to see if that helps.
