I am having a problem with my enrollment form in my website. My client is filling out information and it states that there is a missing field not completed but when I look at the form it has been completed at all fields. I need help please.

Thanks for reporting.
I have tried submitting the form embedded on your page and it went through just fine. I can't reproduce the problem. Your form is working fine just.
I think it was only user end error. Please let us know if this issue is still present on your end. If you have steps on how to reproduce the problem, let us know so we can check this in depth.
