    Hi!

We recently went over our form quota for a quiz we created in JotForm and I deleted the old entries last week. The quiz is still not showing up on my website even though I have copied the IFrame code today and re-embeded it. What are we doing wrong and how can we fix this?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have an earlier problem with regards to the submission counter not showing correct number of submissions that may have trigger the over limit/over quota in your account. I have fixed your account now and should be able to access the forms.

However, I noticed that your form is not properly displaying in your website, could you try re-embedding using the default script code? If you prefer to use the iFrame then please adjust the height of the iFrame to cover the whole form, here's an example adjustment that I did:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/52535713854964" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height: 2514px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

Do let us know if you need more information on this.
