I only want them to get a Notification if they paid on PaypalAsked by wsoc2015 on October 26, 2015 at 08:57 PM
How do I set it up to work that way. At the end of my form it has a register button and then it goes to Paypal. I don't want anyone to get an confirmation email from me until they have paid on PayPal. Is that how it alreay works or will the get an email when the his register?
We have an option to send email notifications when the payment is pending. When this option is set to NO, the notifications will not be triggered if the payment is pending or failed.
The notifications/autoresponders shall be triggerred for incomplete payments only when they are completed manually from submissions view. However, please note that the payment cannot be captured when the submission is completed manually.
To know more about the PayPal incomplete payments, please refer to the following FAQs.
Hope this information helps.
