Form Quota Error

    Hi,

    We have recently encountered an error in our Jotform for "form over quota" and reported this to Andrew from Itmooti.

    We were advised that our account has a limit of 1000 submissions per month and we now have 1025 submissions which prompted that error message. Going over the quota is impossible as we have just started using the Jotform middle of this month and submissions are mostly just for tests.

    We logged into our Jotform account and found only 22 submissions. See screenshot below for reference.Form Quota Error Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Unless I am looking at the wrong place, kindly advise why the figures are inconsistent hence causing issues with the forms.

    Hi,

     

    Sorry for the inconvenience. There has been issue regarding the incorrect submission counter on JotForm. This issue should now be fixed. I checked your account again and it seems that the submission counter for your account is now fine. Can you check and confirm if you are still encountering this issue?
