Unable to receive notification emails

    In one of our forms, "BCI Mail Application" we have setup notification to be sent to bci@aju.edu but it does not work. Of course we tested the email address and is receiving emails. 

    In other forms the recipient emails works OK.

    Please advise

    Your email address is not in the bounce list. I did a test submission and based on the mail logs, it was sent properly.

    I can see that the notification is configured correctly. Please check your Spam/Junk folders. I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
