I was able to see the problem as well when I checked your jotform account/username ywam
The account was in Overlimit Status due to wrong submission counter.
The glitch was caused by an issue on our side. It had been identified and was fixed already.
I have also fixed it on your account and removed the Overlimit Status.
I have also reset your submission counter to zero(0) to have a clean slate at this time.
You may login to your account again and check the status.
Let us know if issue is not resolve.
