Unable to receive notification email

    Tonight I noticed that the form on our website is not going through to our e-mail box.

    Our website is www.mspuppetry.com

    Our form is under Contact Us

    The form stays in the jotform folder, but it's not forwarded to peter@mspuppetry.com

     

    Can you check/look into it?  It was working for a few years, but now it suddenly stopped.  I am not aware of making any changes.

     

    We have another company with a similar form and those are going through fine.

    Hi,

     

    I checked your form and I noticed that the Notification Email of your form is sent to this email address - pzapletal@comcast.net.

     

    I checked the mail log of the email and it seems to be sent successfully on that email.
