Previously we had email forwarding issues because there was a social security niumber field in our form. We removed that a while back and then everything worked fine again
Now, we are again not seeing the PDF forms being forwarded - we have our pages set up with 2 notifications to us - one with PDF and one without. Now we have at least 2 cases today where the notification without PDF has come to us, but we never receive the one with the PDF submission (the one we really want)
Can you help us resolve this?
This problem has occurred on the two forms that we offer on our website - and in both cases this happened (where we got no PDF forwarding) on the most recent submissions today

I did a test with a cloned version of your form and was able to receive a PDF attachment of the submissions.
Try removing and recreating the notification, additionally you can also include the link to the PDF of the email as a workaround.
