All the submissions on all my forms are blank. no changes were done on the fields and these forms are being used for years now and we are sure that there were data on the submissions before.
aside from the webpage that was added on the field below:
here are other forms on the site that has the same problem:
http://jackandjilldesignsut.com/upload-photos - the form here has the last 2 submissions show up with data but the other that that it doesnt show previous form data
http://jackandjilldesignsut.com/contact - same as above old form submissions are not showing up or atleast the data are blank
https://form.jotformz.com/20220000687 - submission data are all blank.
Apologies for he inconvenience caused by this outcome.
I did check the mentioned forms and the submissions are indeed blank except for the submission date.
I have forwarded this issue to our development team for resolution, you will be updated via this thread
The issue has been resolved, kindly confirm if you are able to view all submissions in the affected forms.

Hi, I seem to be having this issue also. My forms have recently moved over to the EU server and I'm assessing it via https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/41803967023353

I'm now able to accsess the data via eu.jotform thank you but the intergration issue with Zapier persists.
Also, please do note that your issue was different than the original issue on this thread - even though it seems similar.
Hi Ben, I've had endless problems with Jotform today! Despite the submission data being available earlier it's now missing again. I've opened a new thread here as requested. In addition to the data not being available data being fetched by Zapier is coming through blank too. I've opened a ticket for this issue here as I think it's unrelated to the missing info. Sorry for posting on another thread, I'll open a separate one next time.
No need to be sorry, it is my advise to always open new thread for new issue/questions since it is easier for us and yourself to see that there is an issue, what it is and help you resolve it.
Seems that you have already tried eu subdomain based on the details on that new thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/701905 and we will be answering it shortly and help you resolve it.
