The autoresponder I setup for a form is not sending the notification

I've looked at the similar problems on the forums for this but still cannot get mine to work.

I've set it up on another site which works fine, just doesn't like this site for some reason?

Can you please verify that this emails are not being placed in the junk or spam folder.
