When trying to get an PDF format of the forms, I am having the following error message:This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.<Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>3E647E61BBA83DB6</RequestId><HostId>IMr9q0gFOOnWivylX73xXJQoS7Q4hJcGcpK5ELFFmwqDqsc2r7WuwrUiLePrF+nze8XnksSfoxc=</HostId></Error>Can you please help?Regards,Kris
I believe that you are referring to the form titled "P1 - M & E Unit - Systems Assessment".n I'm able to replicate the issue with the cloned version of your JotForm. It seems that the issue is with the form itself. I'm not sure if the length of form is causing the issue. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
Hi Jotform team,
Did you manage to find a solution for the code error? Would you be able to get us the two P1 forms on fillable PDF from your side?
Please advise as soon possible, we need them today.
