How can I upload a long list of options to make them available in a list-box field?

In many cases I need to upload a list of possible choices to be available in some combo/list-box. I'll need to handle some surveys. What is the best way you suggest? Is it possible to insert the list in a Excel file and use it to populate the list-box field in the form?

The dropdown field can accommodate any amount of options but you have to manually copy and paste them on the options box in the dropdown property toolbar. Unfortunately, importing a list of options isn't possible.

You can also use Auto Complete widget, it is a good alternative for dropdowns since it will only display a list of options that is relevant or that contains the word you type in it.
