excel generenen lukt niet

    Are you referring to the excel report you created in your form or when you download your form submissions to excel?

    I have tried downloading one of your form submissions to excel and it is working normally just fine.

    Thats exactly what I mean. I click on the download to excel, and then it says generating for a few minutes, and then I get the screen as market below. I have it with all my forms.

    Hi,

     

    I checked one of your form - http://www.jotformeu.com/form/52883490580362, downloaded the submission excel file and I was able to download the file successfully.

    To confirm, when you try to download the excel in the submission page, the Download Complete popup message is displayed but the download never starts? Have you checked your Downloads folder and see if the download was there? If you are still encountering this issue, may we know what browser and device are you using so we can further check? Also, I was not able to see the screenshot you have attached. Can you attach/upload the image on this thread by following the instructions provided in this link: How to add screenshots images to questions in support forum?

    Hi,
    When I click the excel button it says generating for a while, and then I get the pop up, wich says, downloading submissions between 0 and 8 failed. They are not in my download map. My colleague also uses jotform and she doesn’t have this issue.

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience. If your colleague was able to download the submissions, this would indicate that this only effects you. Could you please try clearing your cookies and cache of your browser and try again.
