    Hi,

To have the "Text" field and images displayed in the email notifications, you can manually hard code them in the email template.

Click the notification that you want to edit under "Emails"

You will then see this window, here you can change, format add text and images on the email notification that you or other users will received.

If you wish to display the "Text" and "Headers" on your submission, then you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission

You can also customize the PDF submission, you can edit the layout, add images and text using the new feature 'Customize PDF", you can find it under the "Get PDF" in your submissions page.

I hope the suggestions above helps.

    Hi,

You can include form fields that has input values on them in your email notification, you can find them at the right side panel.

Here's an example, below there's 3 fields. 2 are input text box field and 1 is a "Text" field with static text.

In the notification email template, you cannot add the static "Text" field because they do not have a value. What you can do is manually hard code them in the template instead.

If you are still having problems, please do provide us a more specific example, perhaps a screenshot would help.
