    Hi,

I was able to replicate the problem in my end, it seems like an update in the Integrations may have caused this.

Let me forward this to our developers to have it checked and fixed.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hi b.portal,

Firstly, thank you for your kind words about JotForm.

During the improvement process of Google Spreadsheets Integration, we decided to activate "pre-format" option for everyone by default. So actually it is not disappeared, it became default, so we no longer show it as an option.

If you need more information, I'll be here.

    Have a good day!

    Hi Omer,

Ok get it. But unfortunately, the "pre-format" seems to be inactive since he's not displayed (see the link "original post of this question, of 27/10").

    Can you check please ?

    Thanks ;)
