    I tried this exactly step by step and it does not work. Keeps sending to the default email no matter how many times I change it. Please advise. Thank you.

    Hi,

    The test email will always be sent to the default email address associated with your account.  To test different addresses, you would need to send a submission through the form itself.  I checked your test form and it is indeed properly set up to be send to an address different than that default.  If you fill out and submit the form, the notification should be sent to the proper address.
