How to add pictures in image slider?

And i dont konow how to put the pictures in the image slider.

Are referring to the "Image Slider" widget? Here's the link to that widget page: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/image_slider.

To add a widget, you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form 

To add images on the image slider, you'll need to host the images on a 3rd party sharing and storage services (examples are Dropbox, Photobucket, or the likes).

In the widget settings, you can add the image URLs here.
