I just noticed that in my 2015-2016 forms, anything that was created early in the process is basically a blank record. What happened?

Recently there was a database switch which may be causing the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. I'm trying to synchronize the submissions data of your account with old database. It may take a while to complete the synchronization. We'll update you here once the submissions in your account are fixed.

No problem. I couldn't find the other thread opened by you. Probably you may not have logged into your account while posting the question. Anyway that thread shall be answered separately.
I've also forwarded the thread to our backend team to take a look at the issue and to help in recovering the submissions for you. Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
