not receiving emails

    Hi

     

    I am getting test emails but when i run the form from the website i don't receive the form.

     

    I checked the FAQ's but cant see the problem Can you help?

    Sorry for this inconvenience. I have just verified your account and your email is not in our bounce list and is sending email correctly. Please verify that you have configured the email notification correctly. Verify that if you have multiple recipient emails, that they are separated with a comma and that the sender fields are fill in correctly.     I also noticed that you have created this in a guest account. I suggest you create a free account and we can transfer this form to the new account. Guest account are very limited and recover information using cookies. If you try to open the form in another computer, you will not be able.
