Not receiving submissions, email info is correct

    Hi - not receiving submissions from one of my forms. Didn't know so there is lost business - not good. The email is correct and I looked at the other forms that are working - they seem ok. Can you help? Screen shot attached.

    I see that your email address in the bounce list and hence you are not receiving any emails. I've now removed it from the bounce list and you should be receiving the emails from now. If you still experience the issue, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
