Hi there
Since yesterday I'm having problems when trying to integrate a new form using Google Sheets. It takes ages and after half an hour I have to abort the process...
The new form is
https://form.jotform.co/52987891921876
But I don't think that it's a problem with the form: I have created another one only with the Full Name field and it takes forever when I try to integrate it.
Is everything ok? It was working perfectly fine and fast before.
Cheers

I was not able to re-create the problem in a test form of mine with only 2 fields, name and email.
I also cloned your form and integrated it successfully
Could it be a particular browser you are using? In general we recommend Google Chrome or Firefox to edit forms.

Hi Jeanette
Working now.
I normally use Internet Explorer and I have never had a problem before. Anyway, I have tried with Google Chrome and still the same issue.
I have restarted my laptop, deleted temporary files, back to Chrome. Still very slow. Finally, I have deleted the 'JotForm' folder in my GDrive and it's working properly. It seems that somehow the folder got corrupted?
Thanks for your help
Gema

Hello Gema, so the solution was to delete the Jotform folder? Glad to know you were able to determine the cause. Please let us know if this issue gets back.
