Can I use Jotform to track email open rate?

Can I use Jotform to confirm email receipt & open?

looking for a simple way to receive confirmation that recipients have opened and read emails. This is for a condominium community where we use email to advise people of events but often people claim they "never received notification". Don't want people to have to fill in personal info as we have all that in database already.

Unfortunately, we do not have email open & click tracking options. In case you would like to have a newsletter subscription form, this is possible to use our service in combination with MailChimp or similar emailing service. The MailChimp does provide email open tracking.
