    Why am I not getting a response? Not receiving submissions, email info is correct

    I asked earlier and haven't rec'd any help though a lot of questions asked after mine have been answered. Please help - this is important.

    Hi - not receiving submissions from one of my forms. Didn't know so there is lost business - not good. The email is correct and I looked at the other forms that are working to see if the setup looked the same - they seem ok. Can you help? Screen shot attached.
