Form Disabled

    Hi there,

    When we are trying to fill out our online forms, once it is submitted it says 'form disabled' It is happening with all forms.....

    Can you please advise ASAP - today is the closing day for our entries and this is a huge panic!!!!!

    Thank you so much. Can you please advise why this happened and if I can do anything in the future so it will not happen again?
