Form Analytics - Are locations & IP's pending?

    Love the "Form Analytics" feature, but I've noticed the IPs no longer appear since the "Beta" phase, and the locations section does not show any data.  Is location data activation pending, and would the IPs also be appearing again later too?

    Hi,

     

    I checked the one of your form's analytic data (http://www.jotform.us/form/52571185170150) and I was able see that there are locations recorded.

    Please do select the All Time tab so you can view all the analytics data of your form.

    If you are referring to a different concern, please provide us further details so we can further check. If you can provide us a screenshot of the issue then that would be great.
