I had a large number of people contact me through my website using your email form. Those emails never made it to my email inbox. It was only by logging in here that I found them in the inbox on this site instead.Page URL:

The email address (dbm***s@the*****wins.com)is in the bounce list.
I have now removed that email from the bounce list. The reason why it is in the bounce list is because the notifier is not configured properly.
The Sender Name is blank in the notifier. Please don't leave it blank, because the mailservers will tag the email as a spam. It is the same reason why your email is in the bounce list. Please choose "JotForm" as the Sender Name.
