Email notification doesn't work

    HEllo, I asked to transfer my form from my private account to our company.
    Then it stopped sending notifications.

    I checked your account and saw only one form, this one is sending notifications without any failure.

    Could you kindly provide us with the name of the company account so that we can look into it. Also kindly check the recipient in the notification email templates and confirm it is the right one and not still sending to your personal email from the previous account.
