I filled out a form and sent a payment but it hasn't shown up in my gateway. I set up the account with Authorize.net. Can you please tell me how to remedy this?Thank you.

It is a good habit to test your payment integration first before making your site live so you'd be able to find potential errors, if there are any.
Upon clicking the Test Integration button for your form's payment tool (found on the first screen of the Payment Wizard), I received this error:
You probably have set this field as required. To change this setting, log in to https://secure.authorize.net/ then go to Account -> Settings -> Payment Form -> Form Fields
