Form version control

    Hi, 

    Is it possible to put the version number and date as a footer on the bottom of each form? 

    If you have a better way to carry out version control please detail.

    Can you please provide us more details about your request. Version number of what you want to put at the bottom of your forms? 

    You can use Text field and add date at the bottom of your form.
