    Why aren't the answers to my survey questions showing up in the email notifications I get?

    In the form titled let us know how we are doing - I have tested the form several times by answering the necessary questions, however, they are not appearing in my email.  http://prntscr.com/8w7i39

    Is this the form you are working on: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/51545818321353 ?

    I have cloned that form and checked Email Notifications that you have set and I noticed that you did not set correct values of your form fields and because of that answers are not shown in your email Notification. Also form questions does not match with questions inside of your email Notification. 

    You need to add correct field values inside of you notification. Or you can simply create new Email Notification and delete old one. When you create new Notification all fields and values of fields will be automatically added inside of your Email Notification.

    Correct email Notification should look like this.

    I have inspected your website and form that is embedded there is the same form I have previously cloned and tested. http://www.jotformeu.com/form/51545818321353 

    I have inspected your form again and I saw that you deleted old email Notifications and that you have set new email Notification. I have also checked our email log and I saw that latest test submissions you made were sent to your email address with all data form your form.

    Can you please confirm that now you are receiving email Notifications with all data when you form is submitted?
