Send part of the form to another person

Is there a way that when the email address is filled in for page 1 that page 2 will be sent to that email address for them to continue to fill out the form.

Also can information filled in at the top of the form auto file to other areas of the form...ie; name  

If I understood you correctly, you would like to have first page filled out by one person, which is then sent to the second person, that fills it out - seeing the details that were submitted by the first person.

If that is true, please do let us know if you want the second person to be able to edit the submission that was made by the first person, or just to have the same data passed - but each of them have their own submission.
