everything works well when no PDF is attached but no email notification comes through when the PDF is attached
it was working fine until a few days ago when all PDF notifications stopped!
Why is this happening? We added a 2nd notification email (without PDF) and that comes through but the one with the PDF does not.... is it stopped because we added a second notification or is something wrong with our forms

Upon checking your email used for submission notifications, our mail logs shows good delivery:
I just created a form, and tested it with the PDF attached to it, and it did come through:
Please try again checking the PDF attach option:
And let us know if the issue persist. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender.
