my account is not right!

    HELP ME PLEASE!!!

    I paid for the $19/month service, on 10/19 and a few days ago my jot form said that I had 1000 subscriptions.

     

    However today, when someone tried to use my form, it said I was over quota.  

     

    so I checked my jot form and it has me on the FREE subscription!

     

    What happened??  I'm getting little annoyed as to the 'issues' I'm running into b/c this has happened more than once!

     

    Please fix this ASAP!!  Or tell me what I need to do!

    Hi,

    We had an issue recently with submission counts reporting incorrectly, causing some accounts to receive over quota notices.  This has since been fixed and your account now shows as Bronze with 248/1000 and is well under its limits.  My apologies. 

    If you still have any issues with your form showing as over limit, let us know which form and we will be happy to have a look.
