Billing: I would like to upgrade my account by credit card payment.

    Your payment option requests me to mail you my credit card details.  Do you not have an online functionality to accept credit card payments?

    Please do note that we do not ask for any credit card details over the email. If you have indeed received such email, please do send it to support@jotform.com so that we can inspect the email and see what is going on.

    We would only send you an email suggesting that you will have your account downgraded unless you upgrade if you are over the limits.

    The only place where you should add your credit card (if that is your option for payment) is over our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing or your billing page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    On either, as soon as you click on the plan, you will see the option to select Credit Card, PayPal or Purchase Order/Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer
