Can people buying tickets to my event pay as a guest through PayPal and not have to have PayPal account?

    Hello,

When I did a paypal shopping cart, I was able to offer people who are purchasing the tickets the option to pay via credit card as guests rather than having to create a PayPal account.  Can I do that with JotForm and PayPal as well?  I don't see that option pop up when I did a test ticket purchase.

    Thank you!

If your PayPal account can accept PayPal Pro payments then you should be able to use our PayPal Pro integration that allows you to accept both payments with PayPal account and with the credit cards (also over PayPal, but without the need for the account).

You can see more about this here: Difference Between PayPal & PayPal Pro

Now if your account is not set to allow PayPal Pro payments, then you could use 2 different payment integrations, such as Authorize.net or Stripe along side of standard PayPal.

To be able to do that you should check out the following guide:

How to Create a Basic Multiple Payment form

If you decide to go down that road, you can also take a look at the following guide: How to Update the Multiple Payment Form

Of course, we are here if you have any additional questions so feel free to let us know and we would be happy to assist with the same :)
