Cannot login to account to edit forms

    I have verified that the form belongs to a guest account(not registered account)

    I have checked that the email address you have used on this thread is the same email address where email notifications are being sent when the form, you have posted, is submitted.

    I have also checked that you have an existing Jotform account, perfectdayprint.

    I have moved the form from the guest account to that account.

    You may now be able to open and edit the form through the perfectdayprint account.
