When downgrading a plan from bronze to starter what happens?

    If we downgrade a plan from bronze to starter will saved forms remain in the account?

    How about pervious submissions?

    Hi Nicole,

    When you downgrade the subscription, all existing data will remain. Nothing will be deleted or removed.

    So when you login to your account, you can still view/open all your form submissions.
