I disabled most of my forms because many are no longer active. For some reason, they are all active again. Is there a way to check my account history? Could someone else have been in my account? This is weird. Not sure what happened.

Your account has not been hacked, but our backend team made a migration of databases and some accounts are not synced yet.
You can check your account's history on Revision's history, here is how:
