I'm trying to cancel my subscription but it keeps on telling me to get in touch with you guys.
Please cancel my subscription ASAP since I've been paying for a service I only used for one month and the charges keep showing ip on my credit card.
This is NOT the first time I cancel and still the charges keep showing up!

I was able to cancel the subscription and refund the latest charge. Sorry for the inconveniences this might have caused to you.
