How do I eliminate an unwanted stripe appearing down the center of my form?

There is an unwanted stripe that appears near the top portion of each form that we have built. We are attempting to utilize alpha transparency in the styling but have no way of removing this stripe. Would you please have a technician look into this issue and get back to us as we have already signed up to utilize your service for the next year but will not be able to continue if we cannot remedy this issue. Thanks of the help. Was able to remedy the problem by adding the following code to the individual forms:

.form-all {background-image: none !important;}
