Once I upgrade my form, can I go back to using the free version?

Yes, you can always downgrade to free/starter plan and continue using JotForm services. However, before you downgrade, please make sure that you are not exceeding the limits. For example, if your submissions are more than 100 and then you downgraded. Your account will be automatically be suspended by the system if that happens.
