    Receiving several duplicate submissions in embedded form.

    Hi! I made a form with your exceptional tool and one job partnet tell me that he is receiving the same message from the form like a seven times. The form is the one in in http://poloandbike.com/usa/become-a-dealer/, the id is 52492192937363.

    Hello Flavia,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking, I found that you only have a guest account and that is the reason why I am not able to check your form. This type of accounts are created when you do not sign up / sign in to your account and start building your forms.

    I would suggest you to please "Sign Up" for a free account using your email address. Your existing forms should automatically move to your new account. Do get back to us with your new account username if you do not see the form, we will manually move the form to your new account and also check the issue you are having.

    For now, you may also like to embed your form using its iFrame embed code. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hello Flavia,

    I have gone ahead and moved both the forms form guest account to your account "poloandbike".

    I did test both of your form and I am unable to replicate the issue of duplicate submissions. I am not sure if someone is sending spam submission to you. There are two possible way to prevent this:

    #1. You can take advantage of our unique submission feature to block multiple submissions from one system of one IP address by setting the "Loose check" or "Strict Check" respectively. Here is a guide to help you set unique submission:  http://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form 

    #2. You can also use our unique question feature to prevent from submitting duplicate submissions. Example: You can set one of your forms question (like cell number or email address) to be a unique question. This wiill not allow a user to use the same cell number or email address to submit your form. Here is a guide to help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question
