    2. When getting in a encrypted form and uploading the key for the form, it does not show the content of the inputs in the form.  I know it contains something due to I was running tests on it ( see picture below).

Please keep me up to date on the progress on these bugs, and grate work!

    Hi,

Have you tried setting the "Encrypted Form" option to "No" save the changes, then back to "Yes". It will then show up the Encrypted Forms wizard, use the existing keys you have or get a new one.

Here's a complete guide to learn more about the Encrypted Forms: http://www.jotform.com/help/344-What-are-Encrypted-Forms-and-how-to-use-them-as-expert. Make sure to read the frequently asked questions and the important notes mentioned.

If you are still having problems on this, please let us know and we will investigate it further.

    Hi Charlie

I tried what you said, but no luck. The form still show up with no text.

I have moved my form to the www.jotformeu.com server if that have something to do with it.

Hope you have a solution for it soon so I can start using your service.

    Hi,

Thank you for the additional information. It seems like it's related to EU users.

I believe the data are missing in the submissions page, so when you decrypt the encrypted submissions they are not showing.

Let me forward this to our developers to have it checked and fixed.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.
