we have 2 email notifications in our form. One to the buyer and one to us. Emails do not arrive. Please unblock this problem urgently
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
There was issue on our side awhile ago on the EU related emails. But our developer had been notified earlier so they were able to fix it immediately.
Can you please check again if your emails now arrive on your inbox.
I have checked on my end, and I can see on the email history logs that emails were being sent successfully already.
You can check the sent email logs using your account as well.

You can also remove email address in bounce list just in case you were able to determine that email was being blocked.
