I am assuming that you would like to change the language using the dropdown located at the bottom of the screen.
I was able to modify the language to Spanish and other with out any issues. Please let us know if you are still having issues, or if you have a specific fields that is not being translated correctly.
when I open jot form and 'my forms' are displayed, everything is in 'Nederlands' or Dutch, but when I go to another page everything stays in English. For instance, I click on 'gebruikershandleiding' and then everything is back in English. Even when I change the dropdown menu to 'Nederlands'....

Even though the links are translated all this pages are not translated in any language. All the help pages are only in English. If you open the help (users guide) page and go back to the MY FORM page, you will notice that it remains on the language that you have it.
If you open a form you will notice that most if not all the fields and labels are translated.
