Are you referring to this form - http://www.jotformeu.com/form/50134737464354? I checked the form and I noticed that you have used a custom Sender Email in your notification email.
Can you try to use email@example.com as the sender email and see if it you will now receive your form's notification email?
Do let us know if the issue still persists.
I'm having the same issue and have tried the above and it is still not working. It was working fine until about lunchtime yesterday.
We were having some issues earlier with custom sender emails for European users. This should now be fixed. If you are still having trouble receiving your notifications, please create a new thread letting us know which form you are having trouble with and we will be happy to have a look.
