since yesterday i did not receive any emails any more,
the test mail works fine
not even at sender's mailbox get a copy of the form
will you please help????

Sorry for this inconvenience. I have just check the email logs and you submissions. I noticed that email are being send properly. Please verify that this emails or not in the trash or spam folder.
If you are still having issue, SMTP email sometimes have issues. I suggest you use one of our default sender email options.
